GROUP MAT CLASSES

Group mat classes for every body—any age, gender, fitness level, or experience. From challenging Pilates Mat classes to Restorative, Yin, and Vinyasa Yoga, you’ll find the right class for your goals and needs, whether you’re new to movement, recovering from injury, or a seasoned pro.

GROUP PILATES REFORMER

A challenging, balanced, fun, full-body workout that will address your personal needs and leave you feeling strong, grounded, flexible, and energized within a small group setting. With 4 in a group, this class offers a unique blend of semi-personalized attention while offsetting the cost of Private Pilates Reformer sessions.

PRIVATE PILATES & GYROTONIC© 

One-on-one sessions offer the most personalized experience, with detailed movement analysis, hands-on guidance, tailored instruction, and full use of all the equipment. These sessions are ideal for those in chronic pain, recovering from injury, avoiding surgery, or seeking deeper work beyond group classes. 

BODYWORK
 

Myofascial release, Craniosacral Therapy, and Somato Emotional release are hands on bodywork techniques that target physical and emotional well-being to address soft tissue injuries, relieve pain, restore range of motion, and give relief from chronic stress, migraines, TMJ, vertigo, and stored physical and emotional trauma.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide a warm, welcoming, supportive space where people of all ages, backgrounds, and fitness levels can explore movement, connect more deeply with their bodies, and build internal and external balance. We know that a holistic functional movement practice is not only more sustainable in the long run, but supports the healing and integration of our whole being—body, mind, and spirit.

We believe that personal transformation extends beyond the individual. When we move with awareness and intention, we don't just change ourselves—we change how we show up in the world. As we build strength, ease pain, and cultivate greater presence within our bodies, we bring that vitality, balance, and resilience into our families, workplaces, and community.
